Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is not working upon delivery

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or installed electrical products

  • Cut wires & cables

  • Custom orders

  • Items without original packaging


3. Refund Process

  • Refund will be issued after product inspection.

  • Refund may take 5–7 business days.

  • Payment will be reversed to the original payment mode.


4. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange if stock is available.


5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
