Refund & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
The product is not working upon delivery
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Used or installed electrical products
Cut wires & cables
Custom orders
Items without original packaging
3. Refund Process
Refund will be issued after product inspection.
Refund may take 5–7 business days.
Payment will be reversed to the original payment mode.
4. Exchange Policy
We may offer an exchange if stock is available.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
